• Requires all voters to verify voter registration by presenting a document or identification card meeting specified requirements when voting in person or by absentee ballot

• Acceptable identification includes driver's license, passport, concealed handgun carry license, military ID, employee badge from accredited postsecondary institution, public assistance card with photo, or voter verification card

• Permits voters unable to present required identification to cast a provisional ballot; ballot is counted if voter completes sworn statement or returns within 12:00 noon Monday after election with proper identification

• Exempts long-term care and residential care facility residents from identification requirements if they provide facility administrator documentation
