Creates Arkansas Code § 6-19-130 defining "automated school bus safety camera" as a device affixed to a school bus that automatically records video or photographs of vehicles passing the bus in violation of § 27-51-1004.

Authorizes public school districts and open enrollment public charter schools to install and operate automated school bus safety cameras directly or through contracts with private vendors.

Requires school districts and charter schools using these cameras to provide recorded video or photographs to investigating law enforcement agencies upon request for use as evidence in criminal or civil proceedings.

Amends Arkansas Code § 27-51-1001 to make photographs or video from automated school bus safety cameras admissible as evidence in criminal or civil proceedings to the extent permitted by state rules of evidence.

Specifies that camera footage is not required for prosecution of school bus traffic violations, making it optional rather than mandatory evidence.
