Amends Arkansas Code § 6-17-2403(b) to establish new minimum teacher compensation schedules for Arkansas school districts based on years of experience and degree level (BA or MA).

Maintains the 2015-2016 salary schedule with BA degree starting at $30,122 and MA degree at $34,640, increasing by $450 annually for BA and MA holders based on years of experience up to 15 years.

Updates the 2017-2018 school year schedule with BA degree starting at $31,400 and MA degree at $36,050, with similar annual increments based on experience level up to 15 years.

Establishes a new 2018-2019 school year schedule with BA degree starting at $31,800 and MA degree at $36,450, with annual increments continuing through 15 years of experience, reaching $38,550 for BA and $43,950 for MA at the 15-year mark.

Applies the 2018-2019 salary schedule to all subsequent school years unless modified by future legislation.
