Adds Arkansas Code Title 17, Chapter 80, Section 17-80-120 to authorize advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants to provide signatures, certifications, stamps, verifications, affidavits, or endorsements in place of physicians for specific purposes.

Permits APRNs and PAs to certify disability for patients applying for disabled parking permits or placards from the Office of Motor Vehicle.

Allows APRNs and PAs to sign sports physicals, bus driver physicals, do-not-resuscitate forms, jury duty excuse forms, death certificates, workers' compensation forms, absenteeism forms, and durable medical equipment authorizations.

Specifies that the law does not expand the scope of practice for APRNs or physician assistants beyond their existing authority.
