Defines "printed campaign materials" to include literature mailed to electors, yard signs, and push cards intended to influence votes, but excludes political paraphernalia such as stickers, buttons, pens, T-shirts, and nail files.

Requires campaign signs, campaign literature, and other printed campaign materials to clearly contain the words "Paid for by" followed by the name of the candidate, committee, or person who paid for the materials.

Limits the "Paid for by" requirement to campaign materials created by or sponsored by a political candidate or their campaign, not third-party materials.

Provides a temporary exemption for candidates running for reelection who possess campaign materials created before the effective date of the act that do not comply with the new requirements.
