Establishes maximum of 263 regular employees for the Department of Information Systems for fiscal year 2017-2018, with salary ranges from $137,360 for the DIS Director to grade-based compensation for other positions

Authorizes 18 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $100,587,569 from the Department of Information Systems Revolving Fund for personal services and operating expenses, including $15,370,053 for regular salaries, $8,406,866 for data processing services, and $58,450,929 for telecommunications and technology delivery

Appropriates $20,000,000 for contingency funding from the Revolving Fund to address unanticipated services, unusual application growth, or uncontrollable utility cost increases

Appropriates $3,500,000 from the Information Technology Reserve Fund for major equipment acquisitions and information technology improvements; effective July 1, 2017
