• Appropriates $49,666,082 from the Arkansas Tech University Fund for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, including $35,137,272 for regular salaries, $3,542,949 for extra help, and $6,832,329 for personal services matching.

• Appropriates $187,246,858 from cash funds for fiscal year 2017-2018, including salaries, extra help, maintenance and general operations, capital improvements of $44,497,231, and debt service of $18,669,690.

• Establishes a maximum of 1,670 regular employees and authorizes up to 1,615 part-time or temporary employees at rates of pay not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.
