Repeals Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b)(23), which previously exempted advertising and promotion tax records from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967

Removes the exemption for information related to taxes collected by particular entities under §§ 26-74-501 et seq., 26-75-601 et seq., and 26-75-701 et seq.

Requires disclosure of total taxes collected under the above statutes in counties or municipalities as a whole, which were previously exempt from the public disclosure requirement
