Establishes maximum of 14 regular employees for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division including 1 Director, 3 Attorney Specialists, 2 Administrative Analysts, 5 Legal Support Specialists, 1 Administrative Specialist III, and 2 Administrative Specialist IIs

Authorizes 2 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Appropriates $1,013,792 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for regular salaries ($629,420), extra help ($7,000), personal services matching ($222,386), operating expenses ($100,000), conference and travel ($4,986), and professional fees ($50,000)

Appropriates $7,000 from the cash fund for general operations and maintenance expenses

Appropriates $300,000 from the Alcoholic Beverage Control Fund for promotion, education, training, alcohol safety awareness, and enforcement activities, effective July 1, 2017
