Increases the annual production capacity for microbrewery-restaurants from 20,000 barrels to 45,000 barrels per year from all commonly owned facilities combined

Allows two or more commonly owned microbrewery-restaurants or a brewery sharing common ownership with a microbrewery-restaurant to be treated as a single entity for calculating barrel production and transporting products among up to three microbrewery-restaurant facilities

Permits transportation of beer, malt beverage, or hard cider between a separate brewing facility and commonly owned microbrewery-restaurants for retail sale or storage/production/packaging purposes

Updates tax provisions to reflect the increased production capacity limit of 45,000 barrels per year, changing the tax calculation threshold from 20,000 to 45,000 barrels

Clarifies that separate brewing facilities cannot be used for beer-tasting events and must sell their products either to licensed wholesalers or to commonly owned microbrewery-restaurants
