AR HB1315

Amends Arkansas Code § 2-34-106(b)(1) to clarify the reference to brand inspection services standards under 9 C.F.R. 201.86 as it existed on January 1, 2015

Authorizes state-certified law enforcement officers and authorized livestock associations to order impoundment of funds from animal sales until ownership is established in disputes over earmarks or brands

Declares that this act does not expressly or impliedly repeal any act passed during the 91st General Assembly's regular session

Specifies that any conflicting acts from the 91st General Assembly shall be treated as subsequent acts and Section 1-2-107 does not apply

Establishes that this act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987
