Repeals Arkansas Code § 19-5-915 establishing the United States Olympic Committee Program Trust Fund because the supporting program has been repealed.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 19-6-487 establishing the Health Adequacy Committee Fund because the supporting entity has been repealed.

Amends Arkansas Code § 19-5-1140(c)(2) and § 19-5-1142(c)(2)(C) to correct terminology by replacing "sewage treatment works" with "domestic sewage treatment works" for consistency with related definitions in § 8-4-203.

Reorganizes Arkansas Code § 19-6-828 establishing the State Aid Street Fund by consolidating fund creation provisions with revenue sources and use requirements, specifying the one cent per gallon motor fuel tax distribution and apportionment rules to municipalities with matching fund requirements.
