Amends Arkansas Code § 9-15-208(a) to clarify that circuit courts may order law enforcement to assist petitioners in executing or serving orders of protection, including placing petitioners in possession of dwellings or residences.

Amends Arkansas Code § 9-27-363(e)(1) to change "unit office" to "office" in the requirement that the Division of Children and Family Services make referrals to the Office of Public Guardian for Adults no later than 6 months before a foster youth reaches 18 years of age or enters foster care.

Specifies that the act makes only technical, not substantive, changes to the Arkansas Code of 1987 and does not expressly or impliedly repeal other acts from the 91st General Assembly regular session.

Establishes that if a conflict exists between this act and other 91st General Assembly acts, the other acts shall be treated as subsequent legislation and shall not be subject to Section 1-2-107 conflict resolution rules.
