AR HB1362

Adds Arkansas Code Section 5-73-324 establishing that concealed handgun licenses cannot be denied, suspended, or revoked solely because a person lawfully exercised firearm rights under the U.S. Constitution (Amendment 2), Arkansas Constitution (Article 2, § 5), or Arkansas Code.

Prohibits the Department of Arkansas State Police from promulgating new rules or amending existing rules that would suspend or revoke a concealed handgun license solely based on handgun possession when the possession does not violate any criminal offense or Section 5-73-306.
