Amends Arkansas Code § 28-41-102(d) to authorize a distributee to issue a deed of distribution for real property and deliver notice of ownership transfer to the county assessor after the three-month claim period lapses and no claims are presented or all claims are satisfied.

Requires a distributee to file a petition for estate administration within three months if a claim against the estate is presented during the notice period.

Allows a distributee to avoid filing a petition if a claim is satisfied without using decedent's property, provided the claimant presents an acknowledgement of satisfaction.

Requires a new notice publication and new filing fee when a petition for estate administration is filed; specifies that previous small estate notice publication is insufficient for the administration petition.

Clarifies that distributees are not entitled to a credit or refund of the affidavit filing fee paid under the small estate collection process.
