Requires all public schools and open-enrollment charter schools to post signs displaying the toll-free Child Abuse Hotline telephone number established by the Department of Human Services and Department of Arkansas State Police

Signs must be placed in clearly visible, publicly accessible locations and posted in each male and female student restroom to allow private access to the information

Posters must be at least 11 inches by 17 inches, displayed in large print at student eye level, with the hotline number in bold and text legible in both English and Spanish

Posters must include instructions to call 911 for emergencies and directions for accessing the Division of Children and Family Services website for information on reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation

Department of Education shall administer the requirements and may adopt rules to carry out the section's provisions
