Amends Arkansas Code § 21-1-304(a) to expand the line of succession to the Office of Governor by adding Auditor of State and Commissioner of State Lands after Treasurer of State in the order of succession.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 21-1-305 entirely, which previously authorized governors and other state officials to designate emergency interim successors for state officers.

Removes provisions that required state officers to designate between 3-7 emergency interim successors to exercise powers and discharge duties during emergencies or attacks.

Eliminates the requirement for officers to review and revise emergency interim successor designations to ensure current status.
