Adds probation and parole officers employed by the Department of Community Correction, local law enforcement agencies, courts, or local governments to the list of professionals prohibited from sexual conduct with minors under their supervision.

Expands sexual indecency with a child (Arkansas Code § 5-14-110) to include officers supervising minors on probation, parole, or other court-ordered reasons.

Expands sexual assault in the first degree (Arkansas Code § 5-14-124) to include officers supervising minors on probation, parole, or other court-ordered reasons.

Expands sexual assault in the second degree (Arkansas Code § 5-14-125) to include officers supervising minors on probation, parole, or other court-ordered reasons.

Expands sexual assault in the third degree (Arkansas Code § 5-14-126) to include officers supervising persons on probation, parole, or other court-ordered reasons, making consent not a defense to prosecution.
