Eliminates examination requirement for renewal of annual or four-year auctioneer licenses unless the license has been revoked.

Establishes a four-year auctioneer license option with an issuance and renewal fee of $400, expiring on June 30 of every fourth year.

Limits four-year license eligibility to auctioneers licensed for 10 or more consecutive years.

Requires six (6) hours of continuing education within the preceding twelve-month period for annual license renewal and within the preceding one-year period for four-year license renewal.

Lowers the age exemption from continuing education requirements from 55 years to 45 years old for auctioneers with 10 or more consecutive years of licensing.
