Appropriates $9.2 million for fleet vehicle purchase, equipping, and sales tax for the Department of Arkansas State Police.

Appropriates $12.9 million for replacement of microwave radio equipment installed on the Arkansas Wireless Information Network (AWIN).

Appropriates $10 million for various maintenance, operations, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade and repair of the AWIN system.

Appropriates funds for Bell Helicopter maintenance ($250,000), online reporting system for Crimes Against Children Division ($750,000), Lonoke County Tower replacement and relocation ($850,000), building and tower remediation of AWIN ($1.5 million), and AWIN User Management System hardware and software ($100,000).

Effective July 1, 2017, with funds disbursed according to State Treasury availability and in compliance with applicable state fiscal control laws and purchasing regulations.
