Appropriates $10,000,000 from the General Improvement Fund for construction of a Youth Program Facility for the Civilian Student Training Program and Youth Challenge Program.

Appropriates $750,000 from General Improvement Fund and $750,000 from federal funds for ADA compliance construction and renovation projects at Armories.

Appropriates $24,661,403 from the General Improvement Fund for Arkansas Army National Guard Readiness Center projects including construction, renovation, roof repair, and facility maintenance across multiple locations.

Appropriates $75,293,530 from federal funds for multiple State Military Department capital projects including Camp J.T. Robinson and Fort Chaffee energy projects, solar arrays, dining facilities, machinegun range, and readiness centers.

Appropriates $2,500,000 from the Armory Construction Fund for construction, improvement, and equipping of Arkansas National Guard Readiness Centers throughout the state; effective July 1, 2017.
