Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board must develop an action plan to address sexual assault prevention in collaboration with all public university and community college presidents and chancellors by November 3, 2017

Action plan shall incorporate sexual assault prevention information through student advising and orientation, integrate prevention content into academic courses when appropriate, raise awareness across student populations, and identify available grants and funding sources

Board must identify opportunities to collaborate with the Department of Health or federally qualified health centers to promote access to care and identify other topics relating to prevention and reduction of sexual assault

Board shall present the completed action plan to the Legislative Council by November 3, 2017, and report annually on implementation status to chairs of Senate and House committees on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor, and Education

Expenditures related to compliance with the sexual assault action plan are exempted from athletic program funding limits under Arkansas Code § 6-62-803
