Reduces the annual continuing education requirement for real estate brokers and salespersons from a range of 6-9 hours to a fixed minimum of 7 classroom hours.

Mandates that at least 1 classroom hour of continuing education must focus on personal safety precautions for real estate agents.

Allows the commission to promulgate rules effective September 30, 2019, to add additional continuing education hours beyond the 7-hour minimum with no statutory maximum limit.

Amends Arkansas Code § 17-42-307(b)(1)(A), § 17-42-307(b), and § 17-42-514(a)(1) to implement these changes uniformly across licensure requirements and renewal provisions.
