Amends Arkansas Code § 6-17-2603 to modify eligibility requirements for a lifetime teaching license by changing "at least sixty-two (62) years of age" requirement (previously lowercase "at") to proper capitalization.

Maintains three core eligibility criteria: holding a current or expired Arkansas teaching license, meeting age or retirement requirements, and demonstrating educational work or significant contributions to education.

Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-17-2605(c), which previously required lifetime teaching license holders who had not taught for one or more years to provide verification of 20 hours of professional development before reentering educational settings.
