Reappropriates the remaining balance from Act 101 of 2016 to the Capitol Zoning District Commission, effective July 1, 2017, for purchase and delivery of an EZGO 2Five Low Speed Vehicle, not to exceed $15,000.

Vehicle is designated for inspection of properties within the Capitol Zoning District.

Funds must be disbursed in compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Appropriations must be used only for stated purposes as documented in Agency Requests, Executive Recommendations, Legislative Recommendations, and official meeting minutes of the Arkansas Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2017 under emergency clause, finding that delay beyond this date could cause irreparable harm to agency operations.
