Amends Arkansas Code § 26-54-105(c)(1) to modify franchise tax reporting requirements for corporations subject to the Arkansas Corporate Franchise Tax Act of 1979

Changes the reporting reference date from December 31 of the preceding calendar year to the last day of the corporation's preceding fiscal year

Requires corporations to file franchise tax reports with the Secretary of State showing condition and status as of the new fiscal year-end date

Effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2017
