Amends Arkansas Code § 5-65-111(d) through (f) to restructure sentencing provisions for fourth, fifth, sixth and subsequent driving or boating while intoxicated offenses.

Fourth offense (within 5 years of first offense): Unclassified felony with imprisonment of 1-6 years, or 2-6 years if a passenger under 16 was present.

Fifth or subsequent offense (within 5 years of first offense): Unclassified felony with imprisonment of 2-10 years, or 3-10 years if a passenger under 16 was present.

Sixth or subsequent offense (within 10 years of first offense): Class B felony with imprisonment of 2-10 years, or 3-10 years if a passenger under 16 was present.

Courts may order public service instead of imprisonment for any of these offenses and must document reasons for such orders in written judgment.
