Adds definition of "private school" as any school offering instruction for kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) in Arkansas that is not a public school

Makes it unlawful for sex offenders required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997 who are assessed as Level 3 or Level 4 offenders to knowingly enter a private school campus without notification

Requires registered sex offenders to notify the private school and comply with any terms or conditions the school requires before entering onto the campus
