Changes municipal reorganization statutes (§§ 14-47-105, 14-47-107, 14-48-102, 14-48-104, 14-48-106) to consistently use "mayor-council form of government" instead of "aldermanic mayor-council form."

Updates definitions in §§ 14-186-402 and 14-234-501 to replace references to "mayor-aldermanic form" with "mayor-council form" for consistency across municipal authority and waterworks system provisions.

Modifies licensing and regulatory provisions (§§ 26-77-102, 26-77-103, 26-77-105) to streamline references to "city council" or "board of commissioners" while removing "board of aldermen" language.
