Designates a historic bike route along U.S. Highway 62 from the Oklahoma-Arkansas border to the Trail of Tears Park and Historic Site on the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville campus at coordinates 36° 03' north and 94° 10' west.

Authorizes the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department to erect permanent identifying signs along the route and construct a bicycle lane conforming to federal standards for width, design, and pavement markings.

Permits the department to seek and accept gifts, grants, and donations from private and public sources to acquire, install, maintain, replace, or reconstruct the signs and bicycle lane.
