Defendants in dependency-neglect or family-in-need-of-services proceedings are permitted to disclose information related to the proceeding unless prohibited by court order or other applicable law

Circuit courts may enter orders prohibiting disclosure if they find by preponderance of the evidence that a juvenile involved in the proceeding is likely to suffer harm from disclosure

Courts may prohibit disclosure to preserve another compelling state interest, but such orders must be narrowly tailored to serve that interest and include sufficient findings of fact

Amends Arkansas Code § 9-27-309 concerning confidentiality of records in juvenile proceedings by adding subdivision (n)
