AR HB1915

Requires the Department of Human Services and Department of Arkansas State Police to submit two annual reports on true determinations that are administratively or judicially overturned.

First report must be submitted on June 1 and second report must be submitted on December 1 each year.

Reports must be submitted to the Senate Committee on Children and Youth and the House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs.

Each report shall include data on overturned true determinations organized by county.

Reports may include any additional information requested by the Senate Committee on Children and Youth and the House Committee on Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs.
