Amends Arkansas Code § 11-9-805 to allow partial settlements when a claimant is determined to be Medicare eligible, permitting settlement of all issues except future medical treatment.

Clarifies that after a full settlement order, the Workers' Compensation Commission loses jurisdiction over any claims for the same injury or resulting issues.

Establishes that after a partial settlement order, the Commission retains jurisdiction only over claims for future medical expenses while losing jurisdiction over other related claims.

Prohibits Commission approval of joint petitions that allocate vocational rehabilitation or indemnity benefits exceeding anatomical impairment amounts when an employee has returned to work or agreed to return to work.

Eliminates the right to appeal orders denying or approving joint petitions.
