Allows Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship funds to be used toward graduate-level or professional degrees in addition to undergraduate programs.

Permits scholarship recipients to continue receiving awards after earning 120 semester credit hours but not more than 130 hours if enrolled in baccalaureate programs requiring more than 120 credit hours.

Excludes semester credit hours earned through concurrent enrollment before high school graduation from counting toward scholarship award amount calculations.

Allows part-time enrollment for scholarship recipients if they are taking the necessary credit hours to complete their degree program, with scholarship amounts prorated by credit hours taken.

Repeals provisions requiring recommendations for graduate and professional program scholarships and instead integrates graduate-level or professional degree programs into existing scholarship priority criteria.
