Amends Arkansas Code Title 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter 1 to add Section 1-4-133 regarding display of the national motto in public institutions

Local school superintendents and state agency administrative officials shall place durable posters or framed copies displaying the national motto "In God We Trust," the United States flag centered below it, and the Arkansas state flag

Materials may be displayed in public elementary and secondary school libraries and classrooms, and in public buildings or facilities maintained or operated by state funds

Posters and copies must be either donated or purchased solely with funds from voluntary contributions to local school boards or the Building Authority Division of the Department of Finance and Administration
