Amends Arkansas Code § 9-11-402 to define "acknowledged" for premarital agreements, which must be in writing, signed, and acknowledged by both parties.

Allows acknowledgement through a formal declaration before an authorized public officer by the parties stating the premarital agreement is their act and deed.

Permits acknowledgement via sworn affirmation by each party's respective attorney that the party understands and consents to the legal effect of the agreement.

Allows acknowledgement through a notarized agreement signed by parties that includes a statement they consulted with attorneys, read and understand the agreement, and freely entered into it without coercion or undue influence.

Permits acknowledgement through execution of the agreement by both parties witnessed by two disinterested individuals.
