Amends Arkansas Code § 3-4-205 to allow holders of retail liquor permits to brand multiple businesses operated under the same permit with the same name or logo, or both.

Expands the definition of "vested permits" to include multiple retail liquor permits held by any person, firm, or corporation that had an interest in more than one permit on August 13, 1993.

Permits holders of vested permits to sell, convey, assign, or devise interests in multiple retail liquor permitted businesses to other persons or entities, allowing the subsequent owners to hold more than one retail liquor permit.

Maintains the prohibition that retail liquor permits generally apply only to one location and that permit holders cannot receive direct or indirect financial benefits from liquor sales at unpermitted locations.
