Amends Arkansas Code § 6-15-2802(c) to renumber subsections (7)-(10) as (7)-(11) and adds a new subsection (8) requiring process for revocation of district of innovation or school of innovation designations.

Renumbers existing reporting and oversight responsibility requirements from subsection (8) to (9) and budget/financial details from (9) to (10).

Renumbers "other information as determined by state board" from (10) to (11).

Adds new requirement under Arkansas Code § 6-15-2804(a)(11) for schools of innovation to demonstrate research-based implementation of professional learning communities throughout the school that address the needs of students and professionals.
