Repeals Arkansas Code Title 15, Chapter 5, Subchapter 17, which established the Arkansas Housing Trust Fund Act of 2009

Eliminates the special restricted fund maintained by the Arkansas Development Finance Authority that provided grants, loans, and other assistance for affordable housing activities

Removes the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee structure created to advise the Board of Directors on housing trust fund matters

Eliminates funding sources for affordable housing initiatives including state appropriations, federal grants, private donations, and loan repayments that were deposited into the fund

Removes provisions for eligible activities such as construction, rehabilitation, rental assistance, down payment assistance, and housing counseling for households at or below 80% of median household income
