Creates the Feral Hog Eradication Task Force composed of nine state agency directors and representatives from seven agricultural and conservation organizations including the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation, Arkansas Pork Producers Association, and Nature Conservancy.

Arkansas Agriculture Department shall provide office space, staff, and materials for the task force, which shall select a chair and vice chair from its membership with decisions requiring majority vote.

Task force shall report by December 31, 2017 to the Legislative Council cochairs on progress toward creating a comprehensive feral hog eradication plan for Arkansas.

Eradication plan shall address invasive species control through multi-partner cooperation, public outreach, regulatory enforcement against illegal transport and release, increased penalties for violations, and identification of threatened habitats and endangered species.

Act expires June 30, 2018.
