Amends Arkansas Code § 12-12-324 to require firearms used in crimes that come into law enforcement custody be delivered to the State Crime Laboratory within 30 calendar days for forensic ballistics testing, or within 30 days after final adjudication if the firearm is evidence in a criminal case.

Limits mandatory testing to firearms meeting the caliber and type determined by the Executive Director of the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory.

Authorizes the State Crime Laboratory to conduct ballistics forensic tests on received firearms and input resulting data into the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Requires law enforcement agencies to be notified when firearms are returned by the laboratory, and mandates immediate notification to the owner (unless prohibited by law) that they may reclaim possession of the firearm.

Exempts firearms seized by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission for violating commission regulations, and authorizes the State Crime Laboratory Board to adopt implementing rules.
