Creates a nine-member Arkansas Freedom of Information Task Force to review, evaluate, and recommend proposed amendments to the Freedom of Information Act of 1967.

Task force membership includes one appointee each from the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Arkansas Press Association, Arkansas Freedom of Information Coalition, Arkansas Pro chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, Arkansas Broadcasters Association, Association of Arkansas Counties, and Arkansas Municipal League.

Members serve four-year terms with a limit of two consecutive terms; vacancies filled through the original appointment process.

Task force must complete a study and report recommendations to the General Assembly no later than November 1st of each even-numbered year preceding a regular legislative session.

Five members constitute a quorum; majority vote of total membership required for any action; members meet at their own expense with no reimbursement for mileage or per diem.
