Replaces Arkansas's Fraudulent Transfer Act with the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act, updating Arkansas Code Title 4, Chapter 59, Subchapter 2

Expands statute of limitations for voidable transfer claims from 3 years to 4 years under §§ 4-59-204 and 4-59-205, with an additional 1-year discovery period under § 4-59-204(a)(1)

Adds new definitions including "electronic," "organization," "record," and "sign," and creates provisions for series organizations and protected series as separate persons for purposes of the act

Adds new § 4-59-210 requiring claims to be governed by local law of the jurisdiction where the debtor is located when the transfer is made or obligation is incurred

Includes new §§ 4-59-211 through 4-59-215 addressing series organizations, supplementary provisions, uniformity of application, electronic signatures, and citing the act as the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act
