AR HB2151

Adds Arkansas Code 3-4-408 authorizing wholesalers to extend credit on distilled spirits and wine to retail liquor permit holders for up to 30 days from the invoice date.

Prohibits wholesalers from making sales or deliveries to retailers with delinquent accounts after the 30-day credit period expires without full payment.

Requires wholesalers to notify the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division within 24 hours once a delinquent retailer makes full payment.

Amends Arkansas Code 3-5-1801 to define "basic cost of wine," "cost of doing business by the retailer" (set at 40% of basic cost), and "cost to the retailer" for wine sales in grocery stores.

Renumbers existing definitions for "grocery store," "slotting allowance," and "wine" in the wine sales statute.
