Amends Arkansas Code § 18-60-1006(f) to require courts to conduct a hearing to determine fair market value of property within 30 days after notice of appraisal is sent to parties, regardless of whether an objection is filed.

Allows courts to consider additional evidence of value beyond court-ordered appraisals when offered by a party.

Adds new subsection (h) permitting courts to waive the required hearing if no defendant or cotenant enters a court appearance or files an objection to the appraisal.

Applies to property partition proceedings under the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act.
