• Requires custodians to comply with valid requests within 30 days and grants custodians immunity from liability for good faith compliance; permits custodians to assess reasonable administrative fees for disclosure.

• Applies to fiduciaries acting under documents executed before, on, or after the law's effective date and to custodians whose users reside or resided in Arkansas.
