The Department of Parks and Tourism is authorized to transfer all rights, title, and interest in the Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame to the Advertising and Tourist Promotion Commission of the City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Cash funds previously designated for the Hall of Fame are transferred by warrant to the Pine Bluff Advertising and Tourist Promotion Commission for exclusive use of the Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame.

Arkansas Code Title 13, Chapter 9 (Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame Board) is repealed, eliminating the state board structure consisting of eleven voting members appointed by the Governor, Speaker of the House, and President Pro Tempore of the Senate.

Arkansas Code § 25-1-302(a)(8) is repealed, removing the reference to the Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame Board as an executive branch board with membership restrictions.

The act becomes effective on January 1, 2018.
