Amends Arkansas Code § 25-19-108(b) regarding public information on state entity websites under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967

Requires all materials created after July 1, 2003 by state agencies, boards, or commissions to be made publicly accessible without charge in electronic form via the internet

Establishes that directing requesters to access materials on the internet at a specified location constitutes a sufficient response to inspection or copy requests

Preserves the right of requesters to specify an alternative medium or format under § 25-19-105(d)(2)(B) when requesting public materials
