Requires state and local law enforcement agencies to report officer-involved shootings to the Department of Arkansas State Police, including demographic information (age, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability status) of the person shot and the officer involved.

Mandates reporting of the officer's basis for the initial contact/stop and the basis for the shooting decision.

Requires reporting of search details including whether searches were conducted with probable cause, consent, or other lawful exceptions, and whether contraband was found.

Mandates reporting of whether verbal warnings were issued before shooting and whether arrests or citations were issued with offenses charged.

Requires the Department of Arkansas State Police to compile and report collected data by December 1, 2017, and annually thereafter to the Chairs of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
