Directs the Department of Finance and Administration to name the 616 Garrison Building in Fort Smith, Arkansas in honor of B.G. Hendrix

Recognizes Hendrix's 34 years of service in the Arkansas House of Representatives (17 consecutive terms starting in 1963), including his tenure as Speaker of the House

Honors Hendrix's legislative accomplishments including authorization for countywide sales taxes, creation of a prison industry program, establishment of UAMS Arkansas Health Education Centers, promotion of the GED program, and road safety legislation requiring white stripes on two-lane roads

Acknowledges Hendrix's additional public service including his 3 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, operation of Arkansas's first ambulance service, and roles as civil defense coordinator and Sebastian County coroner

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House to provide copies of the resolution to Speaker Hendrix and the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration upon adoption
